Radar Target Simulator (RTS) enables the performance measurement of a collision-avoidance radar at mmWave band indoor or on the benchtop. RTS contains RF-Optical Converter and optical delay circuit to efficiently measure relative velocity and distance from the vehicle in front. Therefore, the measurement of short distance, which has not been realized by digital processing, can be done with RTS.
