Microwave Factory to acquire the DEMITASNX business from NEC Solution Innovators

Microwave Factory Co., Ltd. (MWF) and NEC Solution Innovator Co., Ltd. (NEC Solution Innovator) have agreed to merge NEC Solution Innovator’s DEMITASNX into the MWF EMC business unit.  The acquisition date is scheduled for April 1, 2026.

MWF will offer all DEMITASNX products and services previously provided by NEC Solution Innovators.  MWF will inherit the sales, development, and maintenance resources owned by NEC Solution Innovators, ensuring uninterrupted world-class support as provided by NEC Solution Innovator.

MWF is committed to expanding the DEMITASNX business and increasing customer value by integrating NEC’s EMI design tools with MWF's EMC design validation test offering, enabling a more seamless EMI/EMC engineering strategy from initial product design through validation and test optimization.

DEMITASNX, including EMIStream and PIStream, is EMI noise protection software used by engineers during the printed circuit board design stage. It is equipped with an EMI rule check function and a power supply-ground resonance analysis function.
